Quotes and final pricing

Estimates are based on the information, photos, measurements, and condition provided before service. Final pricing may change if the actual size, material, access, condition, or requested work differs.

Results and stains

We aim for the best reasonable result, but not every stain, odor, wear pattern, dye change, damage, or contamination can be fully removed. Some conditions may be permanent or require additional treatment.

Access and preparation

Customers are responsible for safe access, securing pets, identifying delicate or valuable items, and disclosing known material concerns or prior treatments.
